the health mantra

on the subject of being fat, i would become so annoyed at that situation that i would do something about it.  more fruit, less bread, pasta, sugar, starch, carbs, and fat.  go to the gym 30 minutes to an hour 3 times a week m w f.  muscle weighs 3 times more than fat, so try to gain weight rather than lose.  eat when you're hungry.  if you don't your body will lower its metabolic rate.  eat till you're not hungry, not full, or stuffed.  ignore the other people at the gym, id rather look ridiculous working out than looking ridiculous because of not working out.  in life your no. 1 asset is your self, at 280 pounds i'm in the best shape of my life.  get a body fat%, water% scale, and keep a log of the numbers.  same thing goes with blood pressure wrist cuff if you have high blood pressure.  if i can do it, you can do it.

how to treat those who have less

"How we treat veterans, and the homeless, and the veterans who have become homeless is complete bullshit."

i completely agree with what you say.  how we treat employees is complete psychopathic BS too.  miss 1 day, life catches up with you, shit hits the fan, and there are 10 replacements available.  the job should be expendable not the employee.  like my friend said about my moms situation "leave it to the politicians to send them to fight their wars, then take away their food, & home when they return."  my philosophical doctrine about government is "a society is only as great as it treats its least."  were in a 3 br 2 bath house with a walkout basement. i'm under no illusion of living a horrible life here.  it's just that it could be less stressful, and more rewarding with minor alterations.

google's making cars that drive themselves, soon enough semis delivering goods will.

(this is a picture of a mass transit wireless electrical inductance bus for if and when the image goes dead)

i did BAD in school, my answers were not understood with out presenting the backing framework that produced the answers.  electric cars biggest problem is...  "batteries" BS i had slot cars as a kid, they don't need a damn battery.  i think, i don't echo, schools failed, i didn't.

how much further away is society from extracting raw materials, processing them, delivering them to stores, and stocking the shelves, completely automated, and free?  i say 20 years before the dollar is destroyed by automation provided by ros.org

my goals are simple, destroy the old paradigm with the new.  eliminate worthless jobs, create enough energy to get to, and from work, & to the store for free.  create enough resources to lead to enlightenment.  people are clinging to a dieing system.  its a temporary solution.  i don't want resource wars.

i want to sleep in till i feel like, i want to play chess all day, i want to hang out with friends, i want to work out at night, and follow countless youtube tutorials.  i am so determined to not work that i will, and have worked 80+ hour weeks at zero pay for years to implement it.  i want a renaissance, not another dark age.

i want a society that doesn't kill my unborn children because i didn't take money for this.  i want a society that cares for those who have less.  i want a society with a higher morals than to ostracize its brothers and sisters.

hobby lobby birth control

I'm not anti women, I love the pussy, and hate fucking women that I love.  In spite of this, I don't want kids, or to use condoms.  If I prefer copper iud & or pills/patches (that jack women's hormones around making them fat, giving them cancer, and heart attacks) why am I forced to pay child support when paternity fraud is perpetrated against me from pregnancies that I do not consent to?  Copper iud is more effective than the morning after pill, costs 80 dollars and lasts 7 years.  Copper iud allows std's to pass through so it forces people to not trashy slut fuck.  Condoms are for trashy slut fucking, and only let HPV & herpes get through.  In short 11 bucks a year raise for women is too much to ask for from hobby lobby?  FUCK THEM...  Trash can buy their own fucking condoms, they can get fucked on that front.  Double bag that cock, and double bag that hoes face.  I don't think employers should pay for std tests or condoms, but birth control is another story.  Spreading an std to an unknowing companion should be treated as petty treason, penalty death.  New prospective mate?  Get the paper work proving that you're worthy, or compatible(spreading the same std to each other.)

I don't want or have kids; to drive your taxes up by going to schools, wrecking your roads with their vehicles, to inflate housing prices once out of school, to make you compete for food, vehicles, & oil making them more expensive than they are worth, and ultimately I should get tax incentives for not doing that, and for time with out having children.  I'm opposed to sexism, passing on the family name, and gender based abortions as china has done massacring their female babies.  China loves the cock.

I can solve a rubiks revenge, I should get 10x the tax incentives to have the kid.  20x for the second.  You can't fix the rubiks revenge, you should be allowed to pass genes on, and if you want to hoard kids get tax penalties for doing so, not more food stamps, & welfare.  Twins etc i can understand, its out of the parents control, and I would count that as 1 pregnancy, but 2nd one after that 2x tax penalty.  Only the very brightest in society should have many children, and be encouraged to reproduce.  this is to be treated with fibonacci recursion, and possibly include asset forfeiture so being insanely rich, or having access to wealth doesn't let you off the hook.

My hobby is sport fucking, telling the out of touch CEO culture how to shove it sideways, and ultimately produce a society worth living in for future generations of people.

People should be able to be grand fathered into the old system, and not penalized for not understanding large scale resource management, and economics with recursion.
